1. About Hiibangalore
Hiibangalore provides event planning, decoration, entertainment coordination, photography, and catering services in Bangalore. Our registered catering kitchen is located at:
Kitchen: #7, Venkatadri, East of NGEF Layout, Rajeevnagar, Kasturinagar, Bangalore – 560043.
Office: #186, Lakshana, near Honda showroom, Pai Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016
2. Service Bookings
All event bookings must be confirmed through written communication (email, WhatsApp, or signed agreement).
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Services are subject to availability on the requested event date.
3. Payments & Pricing
An advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date as agreed.
Prices are subject to change based on event requirements, guest count, customization, and market conditions.
Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation within [X] days of the event.
If cancellation occurs well in advance, partial refunds may be provided at management discretion.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), rescheduling options may be offered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details including date, time, venue, guest count, and special requirements.
Necessary permissions from venue authorities must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Hiibangalore is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or venue-related restrictions.
6. Catering Services
Catering services are prepared under hygienic conditions in our dedicated kitchen.
Final guest count must be confirmed at least [X] days before the event.
Any increase in guest count after final confirmation may be subject to additional charges and availability.
7. Decorations & Setup
Decoration themes and materials are based on the agreed package.
Certain decorative items are rental-based and remain property of Hiibangalore or its vendors.
Any damage to rental materials caused by guests may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
Hiibangalore will make every effort to ensure smooth execution of services.
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by:
Weather conditions
Power failures
Venue restrictions
Third-party vendor issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked services.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and branding belong to Hiibangalore and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Event photographs taken by our team may be used for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Privacy
Client information shared during booking will be used only for service execution and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
11. Modifications
Hiibangalore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
